How:  NEW SERIES – “Threshold Bible Study” by Stephen J. Binz.

In-Person Sessions Only – rooted in the tradition of lectio divina

What:  “Mary – Royal Mother of the Messiah” Studying and contemplating Mary through the Scriptures enables us to encounter her as mother, counselor, advocate, and inspiration. She is the surest path to knowing and loving Jesus, for all her dignity and greatness comes from him alone.

Why:   Threshold – a place of transition. The threshold of God’s word invites us to enter the place where God’s truth, goodness, and beauty will shine into our lives and fill our hearts and minds with faith, hope, and love. Offering each of us a means of deeper intimacy with God and a more profound transformation of our lives.

Step across the threshold this fall. Join Deacon Chris Stark and fellow St Hugo parishioners and your invited friends for a 10-week journey into Scripture as we encounter Mary, the Royal Mother of the Messiah, as mother, counselor, advocate, and faithful guide to Jesus.  Whether you are new to Bible Study or have participated for years, this in-person series offers a welcoming place to pray, reflect, discuss, and grow in faith together.  Come discover how Mary’s witness can deepen your love for Christ and inspire a more intentional life of discipleship.  Invite a friend, choose the session that works best for you, and take the next step in your walk with our Lord.
